I am more than happy to discuss adding extras to your FeltPet sculptures. Depending on the item, they may incur an additional fee.

Postage and shipping

 

There are two options for delivery:

• Economy Parcel Post (Australia & International)

• International Parcel Post with tracking or Express Post (*Australia only).

 

Economy Parcel Postage usually takes around 5-6 business days for Australian domestic customers, and 6 business days for international parcels.

Express post (*Australia only) has delivery next business day.

International Parcel Post with tracking  takes 5 business days.

 

All have the option of a signature upon delivery, which is extra.

ORDER A FELTPET

A finished feltpet sculpture is around 8cm in length (standing pose) and will fit in your hand.
Each sculpture is hand made and is one of a kind.
For a personalised commission, just send a few images of your pet - the more images you send, the better the detail I can add, especially if your pet has unique markings.

Feltpet sculptures are made by commission only and are made to order.

 

Please note: these sculptures are NOT toys and should not be given to babies,

small children or pets!

Once you have decided to proceed with your order and delivery option, I will send you an invoice via email. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. I accept PayPal, international money orders or direct deposits (Australia only). Payments to be made prior to commencement.

 

Q: Why do I have to pay before I receive the FeltPet sculpture?
A: Due to the amount of time it takes to create a personalised FeltPet sculpture, I have to ensure that the time invested will be fulfilled. Unfortunately I have undertaken commissions that were completed before payment, and the customer did not pay and never contacted me back. Therefore I now have to insist on payment prior to starting on a sculpture.
